The ARNO Temperament Profile Inventory (sometimes called the ARNO Temperament Inventory) reveals the "hidden problems" that normally take a person in counseling seven or eight sessions to identify. Presently over 3,000 counselors are using this system in their counseling efforts, saving hours and weeks of counseling time and money for their clients. Counselors report over ninety percent 90% accuracy in identifying a person's inborn temperament. 

The ARNO Temperament Profile Inventory does not measure a person's behavior; it identifies a person's inborn temperament. Who we were created to be and who we become through learned behavior can be entirely different. We need to find out who we really are and find ways to become the person we were born to be. Our true self, instead of the person we have learned to be (the masked self).

The information in the ARNO Temperament Profile Inventory places the counselor in a great position to help their client. The questionnaire that is required to establish the results takes only 8-10 minutes, and a spiral bound, plastic covered booklet is generated (which is my special presentation style!). This is usually about a 15-20 page professionally generated diagnostic report from which ongoing counseling sessions will be developed and guided by.

The ARNO Temperament Profile Inventory identifies the three separate human interactions; Inclusion (social orientation/intellectual energies), Control, (decision making abilities or inabilities) and Affection (interaction in deep relationships). It also identifies each one of these interactions in two ways, 1) Expressed -what we say we want, 2) Wanted - what we really want. 

The ARNO Temperament Profile Inventory identifies a person's temperament in each of the three interaction areas as mentioned above. For example, a person may be a Sanguine in the Inclusion (social) area, a Melancholy in Control (decision making area) and Supine in Affection (the deep relationship area).
