 Hailing from Manhattan, New York, Victoria is now excited about growing her non-profit organization after completing 30 plus years as a counselor, both in Phoenix, AZ including surrounding areas, and in Manhattan NY, Cliffside Park, Fort Lee, Hackensack, Teaneck and Englewood, New Jersey. As a seasoned Marriage and Family counselor and Child and Adolescent counselor, who specializes in women who have been sexually abused, Victoria's experience is strongly clinical as well as spiritual.  Drawing from evidenced based treatment models such as Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and the state of the art- ARNO Temperament Profile System, she is well versed in both emotional, cognitive and behavioral counseling. 

Victoria comes from an Italian American family and was born in Manhattan, NY moving to Phoenix, AZ in 1998. She is an only child but with a large Italian family, never lacked in visits from cousins, aunts and uncles creating wonderful family-filled holiday seasons which contribute to many fond memories. Victoria’s mother came from a family of 10 sisters and brothers, and her father came from a family of four brothers and sisters. Between both sides of the family with someone always visiting, Victoria rarely felt the solitude of being an only child!

When Victoria is not counseling, she loves to garden and to be outdoors. An avid hiker she loves to spend her alone time in the parks or on local trails at South Mountain Park, at Squaw Peak or up in the lovely town of Carefree, AZ. She also can be found reading to learn about new and challenging topics and to keep up with the current trends regarding her career, including learning new technology along the way.

Victoria is married for 40 years to a wonderful husband, Colin, who has supported her all along her journey. Her spiritual growth, being raised Roman Catholic and becoming Ecumenical in her beliefs has always been supported by her husband, who was instrumental in opening her up to new ideas.

Victoria has always had the heart to help others and continues to work towards meeting the needs of the people all around the Phoenix, AZ area through her ever- growing and expanding non-profit. She hopes in the near future, to finance a building in Phoenix, AZ which will house many of the multitude of homeless who are unhoused in this state.
